Prompt Rent Collection

We take rent collection very seriously. Our leases require that payments be made between the 1st and 14th of every month for commercial properties and the 1st and 5th of every month for residential properties.  Late fees are added after the above dates.

Vacancy Control & Tenant Retention

Finding quality tenants is only part of making your investment property work for you. Once we have them, we try to keep them as long as possible.

Computerized lease expiration reports are printed monthly. We notify tenants promptly of upcoming expiration dates to ensure that adequate notice is given.

Owner Communication

Your peace of mind as a property owner is important to Central Illinois Properties. We work hard to manage your leases well and make sure you are informed of upcoming events.

Reliable Record Keeping
