At this time we do not accept Section 8.
2. What lease terms are offered?
We offer 6, 9, 12, and 15 month lease terms at some apartment locations.
3. When is rent due?
Rent is due the 1st of every month. After the 5th late fees will apply.
4. Do you accept pets?
Central Illinois Properties has a no pet policy.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
6. What factors do you look at when approving an application?
We take into consideration the following: credit score, rental history, employment history, and monthly income.
